At Raleigh Neurology Associates, our primary focus is to provide the highest quality care to our patients and families. There are several ways in which you can make an appointment:

Referrals

In some cases, insurance carriers require a referral from a physician. We work closely with all of our primary care offices that can make a direct referral to Raleigh Neurology on your behalf. Once the referral is received, our team will contact you to schedule the appointment and start the journey.

Insurance plans can be confusing! Our skilled patient services team can help you understand your coverage. We participate with most major insurance carriers.

How to Request Medical Records

Requesting medical records can be confusing. HealthMark Group is here to help! As our release of information partner, HealthMark will streamline the process and get you your records faster and more efficiently.

How do you request records?
Requests may be submitted electronically through HealthMark’s Request Manager at https://requestmanager.healthmark-group.com  or by scanning the QR code above. Once logged in, select “Submit Request” from the menu options and enter all required fields to provide an authorization directly to HealthMark. Your medical record request will be processed and a notification will be sent via mail or email once complete and available for download.

How long does it take to process your requests?

Your record requests are generally processed within 8 business hours. What does that mean? One or two business days after you submit your request, your records will be delivered electronically – right to your inbox.

Do you have to remember another username and password?

No! HealthMark’s Request Manager does not require usernames or passwords for logging in. Simple email verification and secure links do the trick – getting you your records quickly, efficiently and securely – no password required.

Help with External Forms

There are times when you may have an external form (examples include DMV, FLMA, etc.) that you need completed by a provider. We have a variety of ways you can provide these to RNA so we can coordinate completing them for you. From the time the form is received at our office, there is a 2-4 week turnaround for completion, depending on complexity.  Please note there may be a charge for some forms to be processed.
