- Take Hwy 70 west towards Durham
- Hwy 70 merges into I-85 South
- Take first exit on Roxboro Rd. North, follow approx. 1-2 miles
- You will pass Durham Regional Hospital on your left
- We are 2 blocks north on the left side of Roxboro Rd. (3901 – The Durham Clinic Building) across from Chick-Fil-A.
From I-85 North from Hillsborough, Burlington
- Take I-85 North, exit onto North Duke Street
- Continue north on Duke Street several stoplights
- Turn right on Carver Street, to next light
- Turn left on Roxboro Rd.
- We are on the left on Roxboro Rd. (3901 – The Durham Clinic Building) across from Chick-Fil-A.
From I-85 South from Butner and Creedmoor
- Take I-85 South, just after the merge at Hwy 70
- Exit onto Roxboro Rd. North, follow approx. 1-2 miles, you will pass Durham Regional Hospital on your left
- We are 2 blocks north on the left side of Roxboro Rd. (3901 – The Durham Clinic Building) across from Chick-Fil-A.
From 15-501 from Chapel Hill
- 15-501 merges into I-85 North.
- Take I-85 North, exit onto North Duke Street, continue north on Duke Street several stoplights
- Turn right on Carver Street, to next light
- Turn left on Roxboro Rd.
- We are on the left on Roxboro Rd. (3901 – The Durham Clinic Building) across from Chick-Fil-A.
From Duke Hospital and Erwin Road area
- Exit onto NC 147 – the Durham Freeway going west
- After several exits, exit on Duke Street going north.
- Follow Duke Street north, through town, through residential neighborhood, (2-3 miles) pass over I-85
- Continue north through several stoplights –
- Turn right on Carver Street, to next light
- Turn left on Roxboro Rd.
- We are on the left on Roxboro Rd. (3901 – The Durham Clinic Building) across from Chick-Fil-A.
From 501 South from Roxboro
- Follow 501 South, bear to the left at the merge of Duke St. and Roxboro Rd.
- Pass North Duke Mall on your right
- We are on the right approximately 2 blocks from North Duke Mall (3901 N. Roxboro Rd. – Durham Clinic Building) across the street from the Chick-Fil-A.

RNA in North Raleigh is on Durant Rd, next to the WakeMed North Healthplex. We are about 1 mile north of Interstate 540.
From 540:
- Take Exit 14 (Falls of Neuse Rd.) From either direction off 540, at the top of the exit,
- Turn left onto Falls of Neuse Rd.
- Travel north on Falls of Neuse Rd. for 0.8 miles and then turn right on Durant Rd (Kohls will be on your right).
- Travel about 0.3 miles on Durant Rd.
- Our office is at the third driveway on the left-side in the Durant Medical Center building. We are on the second floor in Suite 200, on your right exiting the elevators.
From Raleigh and points south:
- Take Falls of Neuse Rd. north and turn right on Durant Rd (Kohls will be on your right).
- Travel about 0.3 miles on Durant Rd. Our office is at the third driveway on the left-side in the Durant Medical Center building.
- Alternately take Capital Blvd. north and turn left on Durant Rd (north of 540). Travel about 2.2 miles on Durant Rd. Our office is on the right, after the Falls Village Shopping Center, in the Durant Medical Center building.

From Wake Forest, Wakefield Plantation and points north:
