Raleigh Neurology to Host "Free From Falls" Program
Raleigh Neurology Associates is pleased to be a part of “Free From Falls,” a comprehensive fall prevention program for people with multiple sclerosis. The program, developed by The National MS Society, is an 8-week curriculum designed for people with MS who are ambulatory but may be at risk for falling. The educational course takes place over a series of eight consecutive weeks from 5:30-7:30pm each Monday, beginning March 5th and concluding on April 23rd. The meetings will be held at Raleigh Neurology’s main location, 1520 Sunday Drive, Raleigh, NC 27607.
